May 2026 Coaching - 4 Places Application Only
Interview-style coaching intake for landscape business owners who want clearer quoting, stronger boundaries, and calmer systems.
Just fill in your details to be added to my waiting list.

If you’re great at the work but the business side still feels a bit reactive — quoting, scope creep, client indecision, approvals conversations, admin everywhere — you’re not alone.
This intake is intentionally small: 4 people only, starting May 2026.
And instead of a “sales pitch”, we’ll do this the professional way: you apply → we have a short fit call → if it’s right, you’re invited in.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll point you to the right next step — often a template, workshop, or a one-off session.
What we'll work on - real world focus
You and I will work on the practical pieces that protect time, margin, and sanity — such as:
Pricing and quoting
- Fees and quoting that reflect scope, effort, and risk
- How to give clients confidence without over-explaining
- Reducing “maybe” leads and building cleaner yes/no decisions
Scope and variations - without awkwardness
- Setting scope boundaries early
- Variation habits and wording that keep projects friendly and commercial
- Avoiding “while you’re here…” jobs that quietly eat your profit
Client decisions and communication
- A simple decision pathway (so you’re not chasing selections forever)
- Scripts and checkpoints that reduce confusion
- Stronger sign-offs so your documentation stays intact
Professional practice and constraints
- Your due diligence rhythm (desktop checks, risk flags, approvals prompts)
- How to raise constraints early in a calm way (so projects don’t derail later)
Systems that actually get ued
- Lightweight templates, checklists, and workflows
- A weekly rhythm that fits your workload (not a fantasy schedule)
What you'll walk away with
This isn’t “nice ideas” coaching. You’ll leave with practical assets you can use immediately, such as:
- A clear quoting/fee approach you can repeat
- A cleaner enquiry → consult → proposal → sign-off process
- Scope and variation habits that protect time and margin
- A decision structure that keeps projects moving
- A simple weekly workflow and set of templates/checklists
How the interview-style intake works
Step 1 — Apply (3–5 minutes)
Complete a short application so I can understand your business and what you need.
Step 2 — Fit Call (10–15 minutes)
- If it looks like a match, you’ll be invited to book a short call.On the call, we’ll cover:
- what’s happening right now (your biggest bottleneck)
- what you’ve tried so far
- what “better” looks like in the next 90 days
- whether coaching is the right next step (and what we’d focus on first) No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity.
Step 3 — Invitation to secure a place
